This document is a legally binding agreement between the user ("player" or "you") and inwa88 regarding the use of the inwa88 platform ("service"). By continuing to use this service, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any section, please do not continue using the service.

1. Account Registration and User Eligibility

1.1 Age Restriction

The inwa88 service is available to users aged 21 and above only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to register an account, make a deposit, or play games. If it is found that an account was registered with a false age, the account will be closed and any remaining balance will be determined after investigation.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one account on inwa88. Accounts opened by the same person or from the same network may be closed, and all associated welcome bonuses will be cancelled.

1.3 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide your full legal name, date of birth, and correct contact details. If false information is found, withdrawal access may be restricted and an investigation may be carried out.

2. Service Eligibility Restrictions

The inwa88 service may not be used by people in regions where it is prohibited by law, professional players, employees connected to our platform, or their family members. Players are responsible for checking the laws applicable in their own region and using the service accordingly.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: 5,000 Ks (for all payment methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: 30,000 Ks

3.2 Payment Methods

You can deposit and withdraw on our platform via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes of submission. Cases that require identity verification may take longer.

3.4 Payment Verification

Before a withdrawal is processed, a player may be asked to provide personal identification (a copy of their ID card). This is done for financial security and is intended to protect the player.

3.5 Third-Party Payments

Deposits made under a name other than the account holder's own are not permitted. If this is found to have occurred, the funds will be returned and the account may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus Details

New players who register and make their first deposit can claim a 150% welcome bonus — up to 100,000 Ks.

• Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 50,000 Ks to play with. The bonus of 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks in wagering must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Example — deposit 140,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you a total of 240,000 Ks. The bonus of 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks in wagering must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

The bonus requires a 25x wagering turnover before a withdrawal is allowed — meaning you cannot withdraw until the full bonus wagering amount has been met.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

• The welcome bonus is available only once per registration, for the first deposit only.
• Deposits beyond the single-deposit limit do not increase the bonus — the bonus is capped at 100,000 Ks.
• While using the bonus, we may determine that only approved games and specified game types qualify toward the wagering requirement.
• The bonus cannot be cashed out directly — only winnings generated after completing the wagering requirement will be eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 VIP Tier Promotions

inwa88's VIP programme has 4 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The higher your tier, the more weekly cashback you receive. Bronze earns up to 0.2%, Silver 0.4%, Gold 0.6%, and Platinum 0.8%. The wagering volume required to reach each tier is determined based on the player's activity and progress.

4.4 Referral Bonus

A referrer receives 5% of their referred player's first deposit as a bonus (up to 20,000 Ks per person), and anyone can earn 0.2% of valid bets as a weekly commission. If this promotion is suspected of being abused, the activity may be suspended.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Behaviour

Players must use the inwa88 platform honestly. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited —

• Using software, bots, or automated playing scripts
• Registering multiple accounts with the intention of fraudulently claiming bonuses
• Using collusion or external methods to gain an unfair advantage over game outcomes
• Depositing funds connected to money laundering or other financial crimes
• Abusing or harassing other players, or manipulating game results through match-fixing

If a breach of these rules is found, we reserve the right to void bonuses, block withdrawals, and close the account.

6. Losses and Negative Outcomes

There are no guarantees of profit in gambling — wins and losses are both possible. inwa88 is not responsible for returning funds lost by players. Treat this platform as entertainment, not as a source of income. Set a budget and gamble responsibly.

7. Service Suspension and Account Closure

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a player breaches these terms, is involved in financial fraud, or uses the platform in a way that could cause harm, we may close the account immediately without prior notice.
